From the application forms that you complete online, we will receive all the required information to register your business as a Pty Ltd. This includes:

  1. Company physical and postal address
  2. Company email address and phone number
  3. Company name (up to 4 names accepted)
  4. Director(s) / owner(s) contact details
  5. Director(s) physical and postal address
  6. Director(s) shareholding percentages

Apart from us requiring certified copies of each director’s ID document (sent to our email address), the process is entirely paperless and 100% online.

The requirements to register is:

  1. A valid South African ID book or Smart Card, or passport document (each director). Certified and not older than 3 months
  2. South African residential address for each director
  3. South African physical address for the company.

8 Hours or less when you register through us: For our standard packages, we will ensure that you receive your registration documents as well as relevant additional documents on your order within a timeframe of 8 hours and less after we have received your proof of payment and the necessary documents we require from you.

Please note: in rare instances, where your preferred name does not meet CIPC’s approval, the name reservation step might take a bit longer, however we will communicate with you with regards to the name reservation before lodging the application if we pick up similar names on the CIPC (companies registrar) database, as to ensure the process is finalized within set timeframe.
